FOOD

Breakfast @ 10:30:

  • Peach
  • Piece of toast with jelly

Lunch @ 3:30:

  • Homemade Greek salad topped off with grilled chicken breast.
  • Raspberry Ice Tea

Dinner @ 7:

  • Turkey Burger, no bun
  • Water

FITNESS

  • Two hour bike ride on the Capitol Greenbelt. Low-medium intensity. Various stops to take in the sights and explore
  • One hour swim at uncles pool, extra calories burned for throwing around a 8 year old.
